I do know my fryer has 2 baskets that fit inside it to fry things with, I can also probably get a hold of a 2nd propane tank for a backup if needed.
3 fryers should be good

so I'm curious how many flavors we may want to have, I was thinking the usual, Hot, Medium, Mild, Garlic Parm, and possibly a spicy BBQ. . .

I do have a disc cooker and / or turkey frying pot with basket if needed with gas burner

Disc cooker a little more dangerous with shallow sides, when used in groups of people, when lots of beer being consumed.

You are going to be cooking for over 500 people.... You need as many fryers as you can get. I can promise each batch that goes down will only last a few minutes on the table....

Jared there will be enough stuffed Jalp's to burn out king kongs ###hole


I think sweet tator fries is a good addition BUT I sure I hope one of yall know how to cook them RIGHT cause I have too much on my plate as it is to be teaching yall the correct way at the last minute
