Default What is wrong with people? Prayers

Got word yesterday that my brother-in-law's step dad was killed. Made fox news today.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/06/12...e-charged.html

He was an avid bowhunter and I only met him once but enjoyed talking about his hunting and fishing adventures. Seems like he was acting like a true outdoorsman should and this is what he got for it.

That is really sad, that poor family. Surviving brain surgery to get taken just trying to do the right thing. Young people today can't seem to handle their emotions at all. She killed a man and threw her life away in a drunken brawl over some bottles.

Completely senseless and sad but I have to wonder why a man recovering from brain surgery would inject himself into a potentially volatile situation.

Both heartbreaking and infuriating. For most of us, if we saw a bunch of inbred yahoos throwing bottles in the river our first impulse would be to confront them about it. However, confronting drunk inbred yahoos when you are outnumbered is likely to end badly

I don't know. All I know is now days it's better to just turn a blind eye to foolishness. People snap and are capable of anything over stupid crap. Getting killed over a sunken beer bottle ain't worth it.

Sad deal.

Yep, and if they had been charged with 1st degree they would have been rightfully found "not guilty"

The charge has to match the crime or the jury cannot convict.

With that said she'll probably get the p-pass and get off with a slap on the wrist instead of the prison time she deserves.. ugh

Frustrating to see good people trying to do good things, and it turns to this.

Has already been mentioned, but I hate just sitting by and letting junk go by without trying to make things right. People getting sued, people judging and ruining what is supposed to be a good thing.
