    Yard eggs

What's the going price for a dozen yard eggs? I found a source on my drive home so it's convenient but at $5 a dozen just wondering if that is high? Wife does the grocery shopping so I don't even know what store bought eggs cost so don't flame me.[emoji1]

That's what they are selling for in my neighborhood . We bought a few hens just for fun , I only need to get about 1200 dozen to break even

I would say that's high. $3 or so should be about right. .84 cents for a dozen at the groc store.

Well this is at a feed store that is taking a cut. I'm sure I could find a direct source but like I said it's on my drive home so a dollar or two is no big deal. What is a big deal is the vibrant color and flavor that is 10x better than this grocery store eggs.

I was selling mine for $3. I wouldn't pay $5, but that may be the price for your area.

$2-$3 a dozen I buy from a few different folks Ive met through work when I see them, don't think they're cutting me a deal believe that's the normal price.

I pay $2/dozen, but wouldn't shy away from $4 or $5. Yard eggs are so much better than store bought eggs

Where are you guys finding yard eggs for $2/ dozen? $4/ dozen is what they are selling for on my area.

Feed store down the road buys them from folks for $2 and sells them for $3.
