Cottage Cheese

I love cottage cheese but have only ever ate it with peaches or just plain.

Awhile back there was a thread with a ton of ways everyone eats it. I for the long fe of me can't find that thread so two questions

1. Can someone find that thread for me?
2. How do you eat your cottage cheese?

My favorite way to eat cottage cheese is to refrigerate immediately after buying it, after about 5 hours take it out, remove the lid and foil and then slowly dump it down the garbage disposal!

I have a small bowl around 8 for a small snack.
