AT&T iphone question

Can anyone help with this?

When my dad calls me, it tells him I am not accepting calls. On 8-14 at 2:30pm he called me all was ok, same day at 4:30pm it says I’m not accepting calls. He didn’t change anything nor did I.

He’s the only one this is happening to that I am aware of.

Any advice?

Check to see if you have “Do Not Disturb” turned on.

I’m thinking it’s the do not disturb or airplane mode. Some iPhones turn on the do not disturb while you’re driving it was a new feature put in in one of the updates go in make sure in the settings that it’s turned off

Are you Driving when he is calling you your phone will automatically go to do not disturb while driving if you have up dated your phone lately!

I checked his phone and mine today, again. Nothing is blocked. No do not disturb. No airplane mode. Crazy I tell ya

Your phone is wack! Try a hard reset. See if that helps
