I got the itch for some BBQ so last night I started my Boston butt pulled it off at 3:30am went for about 7 hours at 225-240 pulled it at 165* hope it slices up nicley. Now at 6am I jut put a 13 pound packer brisket on.

I'm using a vision cooker kamado style grill mesquite and oak lump charcoal with a few small chunks of oak for more smoke. I'm still trying to figure this smoker out. I've only slow cooked 1 brisket and a few ribs but starting to get the hang of it.
