    I have a weed burner that runs off of propane. I wonder if you burn the hairs off before you picked the fruit. Been wanting make some jelly.

          could you just put these in a blender and then strain without taking the hairs/skin first?

              ok YouTube and 15 minutes later after picking and de-hairing... that was easy! these look ripe?

                    sorry forgot this. just pick the fruit using tongs. put into a container or strainer and run under water while shaking around or aggitating. I put mine in the meat tub I use for sausage and used the water hose outside. while pouring water in I would move them around in circular motion or stirred them with the tongs and 10's of thousands of those hairs came right off. Only took a few minutes and I could pick them up clean. I was amazed since I always hear of the trouble people go through with these things. Actually simple and straight forward you have to clean them anyway so this does both at once and only took a few minutes.
