Picked up my tikka t3x lite stainless in 7mm08 today. Love the action and the trigger really surprised me. One of the best stock triggers I’ve used so far.

Tikka has the best factory triggers, hard to beat a good T3/T3x SS for an all around hunting rifle.

Check out a local (to me) firm called Tikka Precision in Bozeman. I replaced the plastic bolt shroud and magazine with their machined aluminum parts.

Grabbed a Ruger in 300 Blk today and topped it with a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24. Didn't really need it as I went in to look at an ATN 4K, but walked out with this one.

Fist 10 shots sighting in with 150g federal soft points. Iím no Olympic shooter. First 3 shots were getting it dialed in. Shots 4-7 were first attempt. Made one more adjustment and 8-10 were next group. I may try a 168g and see if it will tighten groups up a bit. Plenty good for me.

I haven't bought a new gun in years, I've bought some well used guns but when i looked into this one i had to have it. Browning Xbolt Hells Canyon Speed in 300Win, 26" threaded barrel. I put on an awesome leupold scope and talley rings.. is a long gun but the weight is perfect. Can't wait to work up a load and get it dialed in.. i'm planning a pac northwest elk hunt in about 2 years! Im pumped!

Got one in 308 and it took me about a box and half before it started to tighten up. Shoots federal 168 factory loads the best.

Was tired of carrying around my XDm compact for everyday carry. Became very cumbersome. Traded it in for this Kimber Micro 9. Beautiful gun and very lightweight compared to the brick of the XDm. Put her through the works with 200 rounds today at the range with no issues. Very happy with purchase.

Passed one at a small show, didn't take anything to trade because I wasn't looking. Sure like the way it looked and felt. What kind of groups were you getting?

Difficult to say with grouping as I was only putting this gun through the works to break her in and ensure there weren't any misfires, ejection issues, etc. Will go back at later date with different brands of ammo to see what patterns the best and update with range report. I can say that this gun had no issues whatsoever performance wise and expected nothing less from Kimber. The feel of the gun while shooting was very comfortable. If you see one again, I would consider purchasing. You wont regret it!

Got the notice that she is completed 2 months earlier than expected. Paid the invoice, now just waiting on the shipping confirmation. I went with different grips than those pictured and flushed cut and reversed crowned barrel.

Christmas in February.

There's a company called Shield Arms that makes a steel, flush fit mag for the 43x, that holds 15 rounds. One of my customers bought 3 of them and says they've been flawless for about 250 rounds so far. That makes the 43x hard to pass up in my mind when you can get g19 capacity from a single stack.

Picked it up yesterday and shot it today. Planned on trying to hit 500 rounds through it today, but only got about 200 before we ran out of time. Mixture of ammo and it fed, shot and ejected everything perfectly. So far. Even my Gen 4 19 will throw 115 blazer brass in my face. The Alchemy piled them up right with everything else.

Loving it!

Rob does amazing work. Iím glad to see him open Alchemy up again. He has an interesting history and knows his way around a 1911 with the best of them. Heís a wealth of knowledge. Iím sure that Pistol is a shooter. Congratulations

Yup. Rob is one of the best in the business. Knowing this gun would be built under his tutelage was a major selling point. After research, talking to the crew over there and handling/shooting one, there was no way I was going to even consider any other semi-custom maker for this purchase. Plus, his classic styling is perfect. No snake oil finishes, no gimmicky slide or front strap serrations. Just classic 1911 with some modern touches. Didn't hurt that I was quoted 6 months but it was completed in less than 4. I am way beyond happy with this purchase.
