Is this just another coincidence? Seems that in every case where there is a voting count problem, mix up, irregularity whatever, there is a democrat at the head of the voting commission for that county/state. Is there some fraud going on here? Arizona, Florida, Georgia, you name it. What's going on here?

Uh no. Kemp resigned as SC and is no longer head of the election commission. Not that he actually did anything anyway.
