Used to use the, they do a great job, and their sausage is good. Just got too expensive, so I started doing my own.
I used them once. Wasn’t a fan of the sausage. To me the grind was too fine, and it was under smoked. Reminded me of Eckridge Sausage. Hope you have better luck.
Used them for years when I lived in Houston. Some of the best sausage I’ve had. Other batches were just ok. Not always consistent. Jalapeño cheese is good. Make sure you get the regular seasoning with Sage. Better than the Salt Pepper Garlic I M O.

Weird. I usually found theirs to be coarse and crumbley which I like. I don’t like the Eckridge style either.
Been using them for years myself.
My family loves their Jalapeno and cheese link sausage. I get my hamburger mixed pound for pound with brisket. Really good!!!
