Have the same problem waking up between 1:30-2:30 sometimes never fully going back to sleep may try this.

I had the same issue around 6-7 years ago. Fall asleep with no problem but wake up during the night.

Had a sleep study done - doctor said there are several types of insomnia - trying to go to sleep versus staying asleep.

He prescribed Silenor - it is one of the few prescriptions you can take long term (unlike Ambien, etc.) I now sleep 8-9 hours each night - it changed my life. If I do wake up during the night I fall back asleep within a few minutes.

I take 3 MG which is a small dose. It does not work immediately - takes a week or so to take effect

thanks for starting this thread. With all the covid stuff my wife finally got me to start taking a multivitamin, but dang the heartburn I get. And it dose not matter when I take them.

This thread made me realize I needed to start taking them. I bought the 45K count of multi vitamins at Costco the Kirkland brand. Should have enough to hand them down to my grandkids.

If your body is having a bad reaction to the vitamins you are taking. It's probably telling you that you shouldn't be taking that crap.

The only thing I take is zip fizz. Drink at least 2 a day. Have not been sick in 6 yrs since taking it.

Just got my annual bloodwork back. Doc says take a multivitamin with folic acid in it. He laughed when I said no I hate vitamins.
Always make me nauseous and **** smells like hell.
