This buck was taken this morning by rifle on our Sabine River bottom lease in Northern Newton county. The buck was chasing a hot doe that was grazing in one of our food plots. He came out nose down running towards the doe. The doe trotted away and the buck stopped where she had just been took a bite of greens and was dropped in his tracks.
