No exact measurements of course, but here is my recipe...
3-4lbs course ground meat
1/2 large onion diced fine
a good palm full of garlic powder
a good palm full of cumin
salt to taste
coarse ground black pepper to taste
Cook all of this until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent
2 LARGE cans of petite diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
Chili Powder to taste(a little less than a palm full maybe)
Super easy and super good...especially the next day.
