    go-cart to torch dolly

Unfortunately I did not get pics from the start but the go-cart was something similar to the one in the pic... only much older. It was given to me by a friend in an effort to get it running for her son. The engine was shot, she said it was free to her so no harm in scrapping it. Well, anything of metal I seem to be hoarding these days. I needed a torch dolly and the frame of the cart (once stripped) lended itself nicely to this project. The project is of course not completed but hopefully sometime this week I'll get back to it.

            Finally Done

I finally finished this little project. The pics are not that great. One thing i wanted to do (and accomplished) was be able to clear the cargo/deck area so that I could use this as an actual dolly for large items. The one problem I did not take into consideration is it's too wide to fit thru standard door openings. The other item forgotten was the beer holder. I need to get my priorities straight!!

nice, but I think you went backwards. Take a torch dolly and turn it into a go-cart would be true redneck. lol
