Photography forum recommendations

Do you guys have any forum recommendations? I have learned a lot over the years from this site and I am looking for something similar related to photography. Specifically something where people don’t turn there nose up at beginners and dumb questions. Or to bad anyways.

You can also try Photo on the net. You might look at groups for your camera brand on Flickr also.
