That is a good price for Blood Oath. Interested to hear your report of this new one after you crack it open.

A good friend of mine is riding his motorcycle from Pittsburgh PA to Mexico and stopped earlier this week for a rest day. He really liked my Blanton's. I am going to have to try to track down a new bottle soon. Hopefully it's as good as the one I bought last year. Mine is dated 08/02/17.

My great friend just celebrated his 40th.. He loves Blantons and has most of the top letters. He's missing the S & L. Does anyone have a duplicate of those you wouldn't mind parting with? I'd really like to help him complete the set! Shoot me a pm if you might be able to help out! Thanks guys!

You can buy them...but I guess that's kind of cheating :-). Good luck.

Promised myself that I wasnít going to buy any bourbon this weekend. Only got this, so technically keeping my promise.

Went by the F&R Whiskey Ranch today. Beautiful new facility, good samples of TX blended and heir straight bourbon. Nice cocktails too. My wife hates even the smell of bourbon but enjoyed their TX Mule. If you’re ever in Fort Worth and need a drink check em out. Pricing was better than bars too, cocktails were $6-8

I picked these up today on my way home from work! The wife and I picked up Thomas Handy last week. It's been a good week of hunting.

Wow, never came across either of those except stores that price them at $500+. Would love to find them at close to MSRP.

Nice find. The Stagg is a touch hot for my taste, but I have several patrons that swear by it. The WLW is great stuff. It is in my top 5.

I'm with you. I only drink Stagg in the Winter when it's cold out. When it's already 110 deg outside, I don't need it 100 deg on the inside. On the rocks this time of the year please.

Yea i have some stagg jr. so I know it's hot! It won't be opened anytime soon. First bottle to be opened will be Thomas Handy and that will be in 2-3 weeks when my house is finished being remodeled from Harvey.

I really like the Henry McKenna 10. It is one of my favorite bottles in the $30 or less range, alongside Eagle Rare, Elijah Craig Small Batch, Weller 12, and Weller Antique.

I have Eagle Rare, EC Small Batch, EC Barrel Proof, but haven't found Weller 12 or Antique. Throwing down on some Blantons tonight. And EC BP.

Thinking about starting a search for Blantons. Never had it but everyone seems to rave about it. What do you guys normally pay for a bottle?

For those with infinity bottles, do y’all keep to the same style? Always add the same amount? I’m starting one tonight with Blanton’s, ECBP, maybe some belvenie carribean cask, mchter’s sour mash

I have no idea

I’m gonna just add whatever it is when I finish one. I try to do same amount. I’ve only got Blantons and Garrison Cowboy Bourbon in it so far. It will have bourbon, rye, scotch, and maybe an Irish in there when it done. Should have some from 15-17 different bottles when it’s finsihed

In the last year, I've paid as low as $52 and as high as $69. Seems most places have it $60+ these days.

ECBP (last bottle)
Blanton's
High West American Prairie Bourbon
Weller Special Reserve
Michter's Sour Mash

Since we’re talking prices, I’m curious what everyone paid for their Elmer T Lee.

Also, if anyone needs a bottle of Stagg Jr I’m open to trading one.

just had a pour from my infinity bottle and it doesn't suck. Really interesting to see what flavors stand out the most. It's only been 2 days so looking forward to things coming together more over time. Right now Blanton's with some heat on the end which I'm thinking is ECBP are the dominant flavors
