Default Anniversary ideas

OK green screen, the wife and I will be married 8 years in June and are looking for a Fredericksburg type getaway that is not Fredericksburg (she had family from there and it isn't all that special because of that, we get Fburg fairly regularly). We are open to other ideas as well, so let me have them. Thanks.

Not like Fredericksburg, but what about somewhere on the coast.

Does anyone have any experience with dos Brisas resort between Austin and Houston? Or anything similar?

If you can find some cheap flights to San Fran, Napa is just across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Take her to Rancho Loma right outside of Coleman.... Or out west toward Alpine/Marfa/Big Bend... Or take her to the west texas "mountain country club" ruidoso..

All of those are a short stones throw from you!
