Homemade apple pie shine

I use that apple pie shine base from wide open spaces. But i do a gallon of cider and add nutmeg and vanilla. Then once I'm ready for it to cool, I add a frozen apple juice mix. Since the original was too sweet for me I make 75-151 proof. I just keep the mix separate and add the liquor and mix to each jar independently. Typically keep a week or two in the jar before serving.
76 proof/pint:
4.75 oz ever clear
3 oz Cap Morgan spiced rum
1.5 oz jb apple bourbon
6.75 oz Apple Pie Mix
