Promos has great customer service the game cameras on the other hand are junk.. L have a blackout camera that I have been exchanging for a new one every six to eight weeks. I just got a new one last week hopefully it will last..

Had one go out on me last year. Called. Guy was country as hen chit but the shipped me a new one after receiving mine.

Good CS. Have another one that quit after about a year. About to do it again.
