I'm on the Young / Throckmorton line just a few miles West of Murray. We bought the place a few months ago and have put a ton of work into getting it ready. I'm ready to enjoy it a little. [emoji16]

        Where about?
We are about half between Murray and Woodson little south of 209

OP I haven't seen it this green this late in the year either.
I've been hunting out there 8 years and thought I missed my turn into the lease last time.
It's so green it was almost unrecognizable

I've also never seen so many turkey and quail out there.

We are a 2 miles past the church / big corner in Murray, off Hamilton Road.

We have a ton of quail.

You should swing by for some BBQ and a cold one or two opening weekend

All growing up I hunted that area. Cloud Ranch. It's where I learned the woods.
Last time I hunted there was 2010 and we had a million coyotes. Curious if they're still thick out there.

                Yup
Got pictures of 2 pups last night.
We have a couple donkeys so that helps but they are pretty thick still

Sounds like we need to put together a weekend quail hunt and bbq cookoff at multiple ranches

Our lease is near Young / Stephens county line south of Graham

We have friend coming in Jan 24 - 28 with national champion field trial quail dogs (2)

If any interest in TBH get together lets make it happen

I drive just past y'all into Woodson. I butt up against the city limits basically....corner of 209/CR 390

Yotes are pretty bad out there and the quail population has been getting better as well!
