        Thanks. It seemed the easiest to do. Im not sure why you need all of the trust stuff if you can do it as an individual.

                Picked p a few colt 1911's a couple months back. Stainless is .45 and the back iron finish is in 9MM

                                Just picked up the Remington Rand 1911 from 1945. All proof marks match up along with the mainspring housing.

                                Everything is original except the magazine. Previous owner added some stipling (sp?) in the front of the grip.

                                I will break it down tonight to confirm the barrel marks.
