Mocha stout sounds goooood! I could easily become a craft beer snob. Shiner Bock is my go to beer but I like anything malty and hoppy. I really like Shiner Cosmos and Samuel Adams. For two weeks in a row in October I bought a case of the Sierra Fall Pack. Each of those four types of beer were very good. Leinenkugel (?) creamy dark is by far the best dark beer I have ever had but my local HEB has not had in for a year. I have just finished a 6 pack of Fat Tire. It was Ok but a little lite for me. I have been trying the Fall and Octoberfest beers lately. There are so many craft beers out there to try but I am nowhere near any decent distributor. I wonder if I could get a keg of Kosmos in Shiner?

If any DFW guys find Rabbit Hole brewery on tap, the Modano 561 and Rapture are excellent.

The Rusty Beagle on 407 has 561 on tap. Elkes Beer Haus in old town has Cobra's Hoppy Dazed.

While not commercially available, Todd's set up cranks out some good brew.

Me and a few buddies brew quite a bit... We enter most of the homebrew contests in Dallas and do pretty well. Fun hobby for sure.

I get it at Red Robin and Tierny' s. Cobra has some decent ones, haven't been to the brewery lately to see what new ones they have. Always liked the Angry leprechaun.

                    What's your favorite micro brew?
I'm always a Miller Lite guy, so I'd be hesitant to try anything else. It usually results in the scours.

I may have to pick y'all's brain some time. I have all the equipment and am really looking forward to this becoming a serious hobby. If anyone is ever around B/CS, give me a shout...

give it a try, it costs more than miller, but it's good.
