Shoulder pain question

Had something similar and went to iron man clinic in Woodlands and thought for sure I was in for surgery. Shot of cortisone and 800 mg of ibuprofen for a week and I have been good since.

I take 2000 mg. Glucloseamine for mine!

It could be a couple different things, I bet they start you off with an ibuprofen regimen for a week or two to reduce the inflammation. Then they will go to a cortizone shot and if all that fails the nastiness of a shoulder surgery.

I am putting of the inevitable surgery on my shoulders. I have seen the terribly long recovery process for that surgery. I always hope to get a couple more years.

Doing pt exercises to build supporting muscles has helped me a great deal. I'll try to find the link that I follow to help with mine.

Prolly labrum or rotator cuff. Go get an MRI. If it's one of these it won't fix itself
