Been looking @ the new F-250's, even the 2017 used models. Finding the long wheel base is like finding a needle in a haystack. I used my company's xplan webpage to find one, and they are few and far between. Looks like i'll have to order one, or buy an F tree fity

Just go for the 350, having more when you need it can't hurt.
BTW, I like the ~6'9" bed on the "short" bed 250's.
perfect compromise for what I use it for and still provides a decent turning radius.
