Now it makes sense!!!! We couldn’t see the other side of the tag I the first pic you posted.

That is a really neat pile of old stuff you came across.

I think the purple thing is made to put on your belt and hang the bow by your side by the string.

That is what I first thought, but it has a piece of elastic sewed in to keep it curled. Will not hold any weight but stays curled up

Great find. We used to sell most of that stuff back in the late 50's and early 60's. I still have about 600 Plasti fletch feathers in boxes. They were used by tournament archers. I just mailed out a box to the Pope and Young museum for display.
