They don't say. The ones I like are the 35-38mm natural hog casings. $30 for one hank. And the individual casings are loooooong!

Shouldn’t need a reverse unless you get a small grinder.

I do not. I didn't know LEM offered it.

I’ve been looking at a new grinder myself. Anyone have the 2hp Weston #32?
I need something big but don’t want to spend Hobart money.

Also, I tried stuffing off the grinder. I highly prefer my stuffer. But I guess I’m spoiled with the 50# capacity hydraulic stuffer with foot pedals.

Only pic of the stuffer we use I have handy. We made about 600lb last weekend.

Yours did not come with a high speed plastic auger for snack sticks?

The auger mounts directly to the end of the metal internal auger and helps push meet through the tube.

My LEM does not have that. It looks like that would help.

No, but I can see how that may help though.
I looked on the lem site and couldn't find it either.

Thanks. For that price I may have to try it.

My cousin built us a water stuffer. It's great, holds 75lbs of meat. We use a cabelas 3/4hp grinder.

I grind twice. Mixes seasoning and fat better. My preference. These grinders do it well

                                Only handle meat once
