Isn’t that thing going to be hot in October with it being black?

It has side windows for a breeze, the spot is shaded, and battery operated fans are going in the blind. For the winter time I’ll run a hose to a tank below the blind for propane to a mister buddy heater.

Very nice. If you don’t mind me asking what fans are you using and how are you running them?

I’m wanting to build one soon. I was going to buy a manufactured door but they are expensive. How did yours come out.

You can get a metal external door at Home Depot for like $60. Or look at a surplus store that buys seconds. I got mine at Seconds and Surplus for $40. All I had to do is add an extra strip of foam. And good to go. Here is a pic.

This is what I would do next time, but we built a 2x4 door frame and skinned it with the ply wood. Not as tight as I would like but we will add some foam trim stuff to keep bugs out

We did our other 2 like that as well. I decided I was going to try it this way this time.

Not super loud at all. The Milwaukee service center had them on the desk running, I was impressed with it.

This fan is going to be $200 when all said and done. Holy cow.

My daughter has one of these 5” ones that she takes to summer camp with her. She likes it.
