I know the are tough, i shot one with my bow behind the head and came out between the front legs. Dang thing some how ran off with my arrow and never did find him.

Still haven't seen any evidence on here that proves an opossum can really be killed. A few pics of them "playing possum"

I posted this sign in my chicken coop so the chickens wouldn't worry. Then I watched an opossum eat one of their heads off.

Yep. Steel toe to the head. Used to see how far I could punt them. Them and coons. Coons would be around the plant with distemper all the time.

I usually let them go, but if they run afoul of my pit bull, they're toast. They love dog food, and have a suicidal habit of waltzing right up to her food bowl for a bite. They get a bite then, alright...

My ex mother in law had a yellow lab that would catch opossums play with them til they played opossum/dead then he would hike his leg **** on them and walk away seen him do it several times always wondered how many times he caught the same one
