              Amazing how close this is to my wife's beans except we never thought to put them in the smoker and just do it in the oven. Sure about to try smoking them though!

                  Looks darn good! It is close to same recipe we use for oven beans. The only difference I see iswe also dice bell peppers with the onion and cook them a little. In addition to the mustard we use a shot of barbecue sauce or ketchup. I need to try them smoked!

                    My wife's beans are almost the same. No mustard, add 1 cup ketchup and 2 cups Head Country. Everything else the same.

                          Great

                          Done some this weekend at our annual cook off and took first place on beans:
                          Did a lot more though did five cans 1 medium regular onion. 3 jalapeños
                          1/2 a beer and garlic powder. They were dagum good
