My dad used to smoke a leg every so often when I was a kid. Try adding some Sumac to your spice mix sometime, it's the bomb with lamb.

Love leg of lamb but, I've always roasted it in the oven. That looks great!!

Ill have to try it next time. Just read it gives a tangy lemon flavor. Sounds good!
