No way I would shoot that deer in Kansas. Not even on the last day, all it takes is 30 seconds and you have a giant in range. Stay with and stay disciplined, you will get rewarded in the end.

I wouldn’t judge a man if he did or didn’t. Every mans veiw of a trophy is different.
This is my 5th year to hunt here. I’ve filled my tag once and passed plenty of good deer.
You are correct about a giant showing up at any second.

Passed this guy up @ 10, 20 & 30 yards. Hard to do, but knowing what I saw earlier could walk out anytime helped with the decision

Had a great hunt this evening. Only 3 deer seen , but 2 decent bucks makes for a good hunt.
I’ll have a North wind tomorrow so i’ll Be back on the property that I started my trip on.
