That looks pretty good! If you want to give the cabinets some pop too I recommend gel stain! I did them in our house and it took our kitchen out of the early 2000's over night. It's amazing how a little paint can go a long way!

We gel stained ours in the bathroom

We went fairly dark (picture makes it look a lot darker than it is), but you can still see the wood grain. We could have stopped a little lighter. It's a pretty neat amd simple process. This is them a little lighter


Counters look awesome by the way. We may have to give that a shot also.

Looking at doing this for our countertops in our new weekend place. How long did it take you from start to finish?

About an hour to prep and prime, then 30 minutes for each of the 3 colors and the clear coat. I believe it calls for 4 hrs after primer, 1 between each coat, then 4 hours between the two clear coats. I split it up over a couple days.

As for the longevity, I haven't seen any spots with wear on them and we use our kitchen a lot. It hasn't even chipped off where I bang the biscuit can against the edge
