Hang in there man. Not that there is ever a good time to have cancer, but treatments have come a long way. What was once a "don't buy any green bananas" diagnosis is often not so dire. I pray yours falls in that category.

For the record, I got that call from my doctor on 05/31/18 and I can attest it is not fun. I have another biopsy tomorrow and I start immunotherapy Thursday.

Hang in there sir. Cancer sucks but obviously there’s been lots of advancement in terms of treatment. Good luck and keep that fighting attitude

Praying for you bob Lee. My dad beat cancer over 30 years ago. Hopefully
It isn’t, but if so it can be beat! Attitude, prayer, and faith is everything you need.

I've many faults, but ingratitude ain't one of 'em.
My sincere thanks to all for the concerns, the encouraging words, for
your prayers, and the experienced advice...
And Chew, your plan seems to be the most practical. I been thinking along
those lines myself and might as well - a better one don't come to mind anyway.

Prayers for you sir and yes I would want to know. When my wife and I were told she had terminal cancer it was the worst day until then we had ever had. We did draw closer over the next 2 years than ever before.

From your previous posts I think you live in Fort Worth and are single (although I seem to remember you know how to live - the ladie thread had me rolling)

I do travel a bit for work but if you need a ride or whatnot to treatments give me a shout. If I’m in town, it’s pretty easy for me to slip away from the office and I don’t mind one bit.
