Yep, hearing that also.[emoji2962] I guess when all the game fish are obliterated they will change the law again.[emoji848] There is absolutely no shortage of any species of gar on the lower Trinity River and its tributaries. [emoji849]

For you guys wanting to shoot a biggun, better do it before Sept. 1... after that, it's nothing over 4 feet from the Trinity and its tributaries...

Steve is the big gar expert!! Y'all need to contact him right now if you want to go shoot one... Now is the season for pre spawn big floaters and the river is in good shape for it.
