      What part of Austin?

Torchys is good but it is crazy busy around noon. There are locations in Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park.

Time of day and part of town make a difference.

              Keep them coming. Internet mentions:
              Odd Duck
              Swift's Attic
              Russian House

Noon Saturday stay away from downtown. The chuys children giving to children parade will be ending around that time.

Side of town matters a lot. You coming in from Houston? Which way 71 or 290?

I know you said price doesn't matter but none of these are expensive. Do you want unique or places only in Austin? Only in Austin, I'd suggest:
If South - Shady Grove or Threadgills
                Central/West - Hula Hut
Capital area - Texas Chili Parlor
North - Stiles Switch BBQ or Threadgills

As others have said Torchy's tacos is good too.

                  Abels same area

                  Magnolia Café for pancakes
