    3m sticky spray adhesive and some camo burlap or cloth from fabric store

      There is a product made especially for adhering paint to plastic called "plastic prep". without it you will never get it to stick.

        Clean with acetone, rough up all surfaces, acetone again, thin coat of plastic primer, then paint with a product that stays flexible when cured.

            Buckfan50 did a camo wrap job on my sons Honda that had faded fenders & it came out great. My son promptly rolled it & busted the plastics afterwards tho.
