          Pinto Beans:
          2 cups dried pinto beans
cover with water to 2" over and then bring to a boil.
Let sit for 1 hour uncovered.
          Drain all water and rinse.

In the cooker add 1 pound of bacon diced to about 1/2" and cook.
Add 2 cups of processed jalapenos and cook for a few minutes in the bacon.
Add the beans to the cooker, cover with water by 2" and then add two more cups.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil (olive, vegetable or even lard) to keep the frothing down.

Add your bean spices, whatever you prefer.

Cook at 15 pounds for 35 minutes, cool off under a cold water bath.

Take 1/3 of the beans and run them through a blender and then add back to the other beans, stir and serve.

Here is another recipe I like to make, but I use rabbit instead of chicken.

This is the first thing that came to mind. Had no idea they made high tech pressure cookers.

So is a pressure cooker with buttons like a microwave version of a crockpot? I don't have one either.
