    Brisket Burnt Ends

    Anybody have a great recipe for burnt ends? I saved half of the point from our Labor Day brisket and want to smoke up some burnt ends tacos for a men's small group from our church.

    What say the Green Screen Kings of Smoke?

    Pretty much all I do is cube it hit it with more rub and back on the grill for a couple hours then sauce them and back on the grill another hour maybe till they caramelize .

              Good deal - thanks fellas. I'll give it a shot. I'm not a huge sauce guy but I suppose that's the way to get the caramelization.

                Just enough sauce to coat the cubes. It doesn't take much. They're good without the sauce too.
