Finally got a shot opportunity at a bull after 5 years and hundreds of miles of hiking. I shot it on the last evening and the last minute of shooting light of my 5th year. I realize it's not a giant bull but out of all the animals I have ever harvested with a bow this one means the most. After a half a day lockout we are relaxing at the house in silvedfon then dallas bound in the am. Shot this bull with my Mathews halon 32 slick trick BH and a quartering away shot. Got a complete pass through and watched him drop 50-60 yards later. After 5 years and not even excited to come back this year I am beyond thrilled and heading home with a lot of meat! I can text someone pictures. I don't post here often and don't know how to post pics. Edit: fellow tbh member is helping me with pics. Thanks!
