Mama told me she wanted some more deer meat in the freezer, so I've got the rifle this afternoon. Can't shoot a rifle from the blind(FIL doesn't want me shooting that direction with a rifle), so I picked a spot on the ground. Got here a little late this afternoon, but we'll see what happens.

No sign of life so far. But there's several neighbors running equipment real close by, so might not work out tonight.

You’d be surprised how accustomed they can’t get to noise. We have oil/gas wells on our place now making constant noise still have plenty of deer movement
