Despite coming down with the creeping crud at the lease this weekend I made it to the gym today. I'm hoping that the exercise will help make this crap go away. After loading 3000 lbs. of corn into the feeders this weekend you'd think I'd have lifted enough for awhile, but I digress.
Back and triceps today. Treadmill warmup for the ol' hip then 3 warmup sets then 3 working sets. Supersets with abs.
T-bar row/pushdowns pronated & supinated/incline situps
BB row inverted grip/overhead rope extension/hanging leg raise
Low row/weighted dips/ab roller
Body weight v-bar pullup
Probably chest and biceps tomorrow.

Pretty sure I was coming down with the Corona virus yesterday. I went home from work early and even went to bed early. I woke up at 0415 when the alarm went off, but felt like all I'd done was cough all night. Momma talked me in to staying in bed, but I felt like I shoulda gone to the gym.No excuses for tomorrow now.

Well put me in the sick category. Looks like I had a severe case of food poisoning, back when I had the fever, that possibly gave me a stomach bacterial infection. Been having abdominal pain after almost every single meal since also...
On medication and have to eat really bland the next 4-5 days... Maybe kick start a betterish diet

Finally got back into the gym after 6 days.. didnt want to pop any clots from the wisdom teeth and get dry sockets..
Changed my routine to a 5 day/week, full body every day.
Each day will be a full body, but with a body part focus. Ie, today was full body with chest focus.
Was different, but enjoyed it. Ended it with a mile run. Really feel good to get moving again.
