In Texas can you carry without a permit or training?

She gone. OK has had every single county vote red in the last two elections.

Enjoy your retirement, former Gov Fallon.

At least Oklahoma got it to her desk. We can’t get it out of our house.

Yup, Oklahoma not real happy with her. She has butchered a bunch of stuff.

This won’t go over well for her.

And I really don’t care what the state bureau stands to lose in either revenue or jobs as long as it gets rid of more bureaucracy.

These mf’n bureaucrats need to go. Republicans and dems both. They will tax and fee us until we are broke and they are filthy rich!!! This goes for local govs and school districts as well. F’ school admins...why are we paying these guys and gals $150k a year out of our pockets? Pay the teachers more and feed those f’ers fishheads!

This is her quote from the article:

I believe the firearms laws we currently have in place are effective, appropriate and minimal,” she said. But she added that the bill would have eliminated the requirement for a training course and reduced the level of background checks to carry a gun.

Educate me here, how is the removal of a course on the law and a background check a good thing for people to carry in public?

Because its an infringement on the second amendment.

We can carry long guns here in TX and its probably the same for OK. I'm not sure its a good idea to give gang bangers the right to legally carry concealed.

You realize though that the gangbangers are already carrying? Criminals don’t follow the law by definition.
