Started carpet on the inside and built my shelves for propane bottle storage. Hard to get excited about that when it’s 83 degrees, but hopefully I’ll be happy I did it later.

This build will be considered a success if I don’t have to kill yellow-jackets in it next fall.
where'd you get the carpet and how'd you adhere it to the wood? I used the aerosol can glue and when it got hot out it just fell off but mine is fiberglass

The carpet was purchased at home as well as the indoor/outdoor carpet glue Roberts 6700

Use a flat trowel and apply what I would call a skim coat

Stand is up, cross braces installed, deerview windows and doors put it, and 12v system is up and running. Still need to finish my stairs and handrail but it’s in the air. I’m really pleased with the finished product.

Thanks for following along. Any questions don’t hesitate if I can be of any help.

I am trying to finish up a similar one this weekend. What are you making the ladder out of? I have mine 12' high and I have 3" angle I was thinking about using. Your looks really good!
