Like he said, usually you get a recording with options to press-- not in this case.. A person answered right away and said AT&T? Strange...

I fully expected to hear a sultry male voice asking me what I was into but this actually worked. Took a little longer than 5 minutes but they saved me 85.00(per month-phone internet tv) total on all my services. Thanks for the heads up.
