Just Curious, how did you come across it?

This is purely a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing that his grandfather and step-grandmother had it sitting in their closet in a bag for a long time, and asked his dad if he wanted them but he said "no." because he didn't know who # 19 was. OP just called his dad and told him who this belongs to and now his dad wants him to give it to him. But I could be wrong
