Any Federal LEO's or LEOs with knowledge in such things understand how this mayor of oakland could 'tip off' invidividuals concerning a ICE raid, and not be in jail for something?
obstruction? potentially putting officers lives in danger by releasing information only she would be privy to, etc, etc

If there is anything that I have learned through the years, its that liberals don't get in trouble for stuff like this. They can get caught red handed and conservative law makers don't have the back bone to follow through with their promises.
