[QUOTE=Burntorange Bowhunter;8806880]With all due respect....his choices to go in a burrito sound fairly lame. LOL.

Did he seriously say "mashed up beans can't remember what they are called".[/

There is always one in the crowd

My opinion for what's it worth, Freebirds sucks haha. The food just seemed bland/tasteless to me.

Qdoba rocks! Freebirds is pure junk with a bunch of emo's working behind the counter.

I'm more of a street taco type of dude. If you're ever in Roanoke, check out Tacos and Avocados!

If I had to eat any any I'd take Qdoba. But let's look at those places for what they really are... Mexican food for people who don't like Mexican food.

When I want seafood I don't go to Captain D's.

Yep. Chiloso's has them all beat.
I like Freebirds the least out of all of them.

Freebirds is still "Pretty good" but since they have gone "corporate" their quality has dropped off some. It ticks me off when the girl behind the counter measures/shakes the spoon with my steak or chicken in it.

                  Chipotle is just morally wrong.

I ate at Freebirds a few times when I lived in College station and it was good, I just never joined the Freebirds cult. Honestly, I was kinda intimidated by long lines of people that worship the place and knew everything on the menu. I always felt like I was in their way.

It's a step above Taco Bell, that I can assure you.

                        Cabo Bobs > Chipotle> Qdoba> Freebirds

So I guess that what y'all are saying is, it all comes down to personal taste.

I think I'll just stick with my local taqueria.

Looks like I'll be going to Freebirds on Mason Rd in Katy for lunch now, thanks for the craving!

Yes, but some people have better taste than others
