What did it take to get the ski(s) running?

Took both motors to make one,had to take jug and piston from one and put on the other,but still have a good lower end,will eventually bore that jug and new piston for a backup

awesome build! as a former seadoo tech I can appreciate your skill and hard work putting this together. I have dreamt of it myself.
i would hook up some sort of trim to the nozzle that way you can angle the venturi down and get rid of any top end bounce....
