Polypropylene liners, Wigwam wool socks over them. Trust me, I'm a Yankee and hate cold feet. I've spent entire winters with numb toes till I found what worked.

Do they sell camo garter belts?

Never considered panty hose as a liner. I hate to ask but where do you get the panty hose?

I second the sock liners. I've worn them with the Smartwool socks when elk hunting, not for cold but to wick moisture away from my feet and prevent blisters on my heels. They definitely work. Gel heel inserts are the 3d thing to make the long days hiking through the forests more fun.
