                    4.5 hours for the deer lease, 15 hours for elk, 4 hours to Marty's bowhunting wonderland, but about 20 seconds to the boat launch to rip some lips so I can't complain.

                            via I-85 S and I-10 W


                            This was my old drive. I made it a couple of times and actually convinced my wife to move from the lovely Charlotte NC to Baton Rouge so I could be closer to my hunting property[emoji15]. We tried to get to Texas but Baton Rouge was as close as we could get that made Financial sense because we both worked for the same company.

                              I have made it in 6.5 hours but it's usually 7.5 with stops. Usually go down to work twice and 3 times to hunt if I'm lucky.
